Congress wrapped up its final week in session before the holidays on Dec. 20, and there was no shortage of eleventh-hour shenanigans.
In the end, Congress was able to pass multiple pieces of critical legislation including the Water Resource and Development Act reauthorization (WRDA), National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), and the Continuing Resolution (CR) in the same week before Congress’ scheduled adjournment.

"In the Winter issue of NAPA Quarterly, we explore more ways the asphalt pavement industry creates a positive impact on communities and individuals." Volunteers and donors from across the country, including NAPA members, came together to support a Kentucky family in Lincoln County that had a challenging 2024. The Allen Company stepped up as part of the project, working with ATS Construction to donate 300 tons of asphalt and supporting Gaddie-Shamrock crews that paved the 20-acre plot’s 600-foot driveway. |
