On Jan. 13, NAPA submitted comments on OSHA’s heat injury and illness prevention rulemaking. Identifying our industry’s progress on meeting the agency’s years-long National Emphasis Program, we explained that a one-size-fits-all rule would not be effective or tenable due to logistical constraints associated with asphalt road construction work.
Industry leaders will convene in Maui for the NAPA 2025 Annual Meeting Feb. 2-5.
