By Spencer Bone, NAPFA Managing Director of Member Experience
As we begin a new year, NAPFA remains focused on supporting the Fee-Only financial planning community. The need for clear, client-centered advice continues to grow, and we are here to make sure our members have the tools and resources to succeed.
This year, we are excited to start NAPFA’s five-year strategic planning process. This effort will help us prepare for the future and ensure we remain leaders in the financial planning profession. By listening to our members and building on what works, we are confident in keeping NAPFA strong and forward-thinking.
We are also looking forward to a great lineup of events in 2025. These gatherings will provide opportunities to learn, connect with peers, and build skills for success:
In this issue of NAPFA Advisor magazine, we focus on both the tradition and future of Fee-Only planning. You’ll find insights on service models, advocacy, and tips to improve your firm’s website. We also address an important topic for the year ahead: avoiding burnout while maintaining success.
We are happy to introduce two new columns:
As we look forward, we remain committed to supporting your work and growing the Fee-Only movement. This is your profession, and NAPFA will continue to work hard to provide you with the resources and community you need.
Thank you for being part of NAPFA. I hope you enjoy this issue and make plans to join us at one of our upcoming events. Here’s to a successful year ahead!
