Young Professionals Committee Is Now Emerging Professionals

The Young Professionals Committee has changed its name. Moving forward, it will be known as the Emerging Professionals Committee. This is a more inclusive title that better reflects the goals of the committee
Diana Hagan, LEED GA, the Chair of the committee, said, “We agreed that Emerging Professionals best described our audience and mission statement. Our focus is on professionals who are new to the industry and not on their age. You can be 20, 50, or 100 and be an emerging professional who is new to the construction industry. We want to create a community of professionals to help those new to the industry to become tomorrow’s leaders.”
