The NAWIC Red Rose Recruiter program is recognition for members who have recruited eighteen or more members within a three-year period. The award year runs from July 1 – June 30. If a member recruits eighteen or more members within a three year period, based upon the official records of the NAWIC office, the member will receive a Red Rose Recruiter blazer in recognition of her achievement. This member will be known as the Red Rose Recruiter. Award winners will be recognized at the NAWIC Annual Conference.
