Leadership Book Club Launching in January
In January, the PD&E committee, along with the Midwest, Pacific Northwest, Pacific Southwest, and South Central Regions, will be sponsoring and launching a book club for members to connect and discuss books on leadership.
- Each book will be discussed over a quarter, one call per month.
- “Lean In” by Sheryl Sandberg will be the first book discussed.
- Even if you’ve read this book before, given the opportunity to discuss it with NAWIC members may offer new or additional insight and perspectives.
- After “Lean In,” each group will choose the next book to discuss.
The Leadership Book club is open to all members. If you are interested in participating but not located in the above-listed Regions, contact Anne Pfleger, CIT, NAWIC Vice-President at akpnawic@charlesinc.com. For those members in the Midwest, Pacific Northwest, Pacific Southwest, and South Central contact your Region’s PD&E chair as listed below.
