As we gear up for 4th of July festivities, let’s ensure our celebrations are not only spectacular
but safe. Firework safety is very important during July.

  • Leave it to Professionals.
     - Enjoy public firework displays organized by trained experts.
  • Know Your Local Laws
     - Familiarize yourself with local regulations on fireworks. Some areas may
    have restrictions or bans due to safety concerns or dry conditions.
  • Keep a Safe Distance
     - Maintain a safe distance between spectators and fireworks.
  • Water Everywhere
     - Have a bucket of water or hose nearby for emergencies and to douse used
    fireworks.
  • Eye Protection
     - Use safety glasses to protect your eyes from potential sparks or debris. Safety
    first, even when enjoying the displays.
  • Children or Pets
      - Keep children and pets at a safe distance from the fireworks.
  • Emergency Plan
     - Have a plan in case of an emergency. Know the location of a first aid kit and
    emergency contact.
