Getting Started

The first step to starting your Annual Conference journey is Registration & Badge Pickup. Registration opens Tuesday, Aug. 13 from 1-5 p.m.

Your name badge is your ticket to all of the AC functions included in your registration, such as the NAWIC Annual Meeting, panels, Saturday brunch. The only exception is the Awards Gala- you'll pick up your ticket to the Installation and Awards Gala at the same time you pick up your badge.

Our app offers all things NAWIC, right at your fingertips! From the conference schedule to attendee-only feaatures, the app has it all.

Download the app, titled 'NAWICNational', from the App Store or the Google Play Store to have all things NAWIC instantly on your phone. Don't forget to enable push notifications!

First Timers' Orientation

Is it your first Annual Conference? The First Timer's Orientation on Wednesday, Aug. 14 from 5-6 p.m. will bring you up to speed on all of the opportunities AC has to offer. You'll also be able to meet other attendees who are joining conference for the first time.

Welcome Reception

Join us in the Construction Zone on Wednesday, Aug. 14 from 6:15-7:45 p.m to kick off the great week ahead! Registration will close at 6 p.m. this day!

Pick up some NAWIC merchandise

While you are at registration, stop by the NAWIC store! It will be open throughout the week and will have NAWIC merchandise and chapter memorabilia, such as our 'I Support WIC' shirts, as well as stickers and member and board pins.

You can also grab a conference shirt, while quantities last! The store will have WIC Week pins and posters to take back to your chapters and NEW exclusive AC merchandise you don't want to miss out on! Check the Annual Conference schedule to find out store hours.

What to Wear

We encourage all attendees to wear business casual to AC events. The exception is the NAWIC Awards Gala and After-Party. Recommended attire at the Awards Gala is formal attire and for the '80s' themed After-Party, come however you please! Region photos will be taken before Gala. Check out the After-Party section to find out more information.

And remember, breakout session rooms can get a bit chilly, so make sure to bring your sweater! As well as comfy shoes for all the walking!

The Construction Zone

The Construction Zone is the hub for all activities between sessions. Browse vendors, meet up with friends, or grab a refreshment- the Construction Zone has it all! Make sure to check out everything it has to offer.

Attendee Headshots

You don't want to miss getting an updated headshot at AC! Here are the days and times attendees can get their headshot taken.

Wednesday, Aug. 14 at 2-5 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 15 at 2-5 p.m.

Friday, Aug. 16 at 7:45-8:30 a.m.

Attendees can find this in the River Oaks Room. This date and times can also be found on the NAWIC website and Mobile App.

Time for Rad Dancing: Awards Gala After Party

Get ready to get in full swing at our 80s themed after party! Enjoy a night full of mingling, a special appearance, and a cash bar with hundreds of your NAWIC friends.

Head to the Construction Zone after the Awards Gala to enjoy all of the action. Don't forget to pack your best leg warmers!
