At Annual Conference this year, filmmaker Lorien Barlow gave a passionate presentation about her in-progress film Hard Hatted Woman. This is a first-ever documentary about women in construction trades! She’s in the last throws of production and needs our financial help to bring it to completion.
We believe this film will be a force-multiplier for promoting women in the industry, and we are asking our membership to help make it a reality. Our collective efforts will make the measurable difference. Go to gofundme.com/nawic to watch the trailer, donate and learn more.
Keep this in mind: For even the smallest chapters, the cost per person ends
up being no more than a movie ticket, soda and popcorn! To ensure our
campaign’s success, please share the GoFundMe link to your Chapter’s
Facebook page so individual members can donate if they wish.
