Education Pillar is responsible for developing quarterly events, such webinars and blogs on key topics that align with the DEI calendar. For example, February, Black History Month, March Women’s History Month and WIC week, May Asian- Pacific Islander Heritage month and Mental Health Awareness Day and June Pride Month and Juneteenth.
CommUnity Pillar is responsible for cultivating external partnerships with our members and other organizations within NAWIC communities. We also provide a recognition of our members and partners through our annual DEI Awards.
