About the Presenter: Erica Larson is the Principal and Co-Owner of Pixel Power, a Cleveland-based digital marketing agency specializing in website design, social media management, and content strategy. With a background in marketing communications in the construction industry, Erica understands the unique challenges faced by NAWIC members. As Pixel Power approaches its 10th anniversary in 2025, Erica continues to lead her team in supporting organizations with impactful digital solutions. Known for her clear communication and leadership, Erica will walk attendees through the refreshed website and discuss how these updates enhance NAWIC’s digital presence. Two years ago, the Building Better: Women in Construction study provided groundbreaking insights into what it’s really like to be a woman in construction. Now, Ambition Theory and NCCER are launching a follow-up survey to go even deeper—focusing on the support women need to thrive, advance, and lead in this industry.
If you’re a woman in construction, we want to hear from you! Your input will help us identify the resources and support that can make a real difference for women’s careers.
