The NAWIC Career Center offers construction companies, recruiters and hiring managers a unique resource that allows them to communicate their job openings to women in various fields of the construction industry. Finding the right women for the job has never been easier! The NAWIC Career Center features a construction industry online job board and NAWIC members can look to the job board to find employment opportunities. Construction spending reached a record level of $1.309 trillion in May as monthly increases in residential and public investment outweighed a decline in private nonresidential outlays, according to an analysis of new government data by AGC of America. Association officials warned, however, that continued labor shortages and rising materials costs threaten future growth in demand.
