We are wired to be deep connectors; however, societal norms have taken us a few steps away from our true nature. It's much more socially acceptable to have small talk and direct our conversations to safe topics such as the weather and other people. As society continues to evolve and younger generations start to honor our human desires, small talk will eventually start to fade. In the meantime, if you're tired of having one more pointless conversation, use these questions to help create a meaningful connection, with anyone. Special thanks to Vickie Nickel, CIT for sharing this helpful commentary!

The NAWIC Career Center offers construction companies, recruiters and hiring managers a unique resource that allows them to communicate their job openings to women in various fields of the construction industry. Finding the right women for the job has never been easier! The NAWIC Career Center features a construction industry online job board and NAWIC members can look to the job board to find employment opportunities. In the Career Center, members can post their resumes and find listings of the newest career opportunities related to the construction industry.
Construction employment increased by 23,000 jobs in September and by 315,000 jobs over the past year, reaching a 10-year high, while the industry’s unemployment rate decreased more than half-a-percentage point to 4.1 percent from a year earlier, according to an analysis of new government data by AGC of America.
FAA's Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability (LAANC) will allow drone operators the opportunity to request and receive air space authorization much quicker than the current 90-day process.
