This week we are introducing Kisha Bausby. She has been an invaluable asset to JE Dunn's team since 1994, contributing significantly to the areas of diversity and inclusion, mentoring/development, small business contracting, project requirements, and national compliance reporting obligations. Her impactful work with diverse construction trade partners not only grants them access but also fosters competitiveness, independence, and success. A standout achievement in Kisha's career is her pivotal role in creating and executing JE Dunn's award-winning Minority Contractor Development Program (MCD) since its inception in 2005. This program has successfully trained and equipped hundreds of minority and women business owners to compete for construction contracts, resulting in over $250 million in contracts awarded to date.

Education / Training
We often tie ourselves in knots over a setback or slowing growth or missed opportunities. This is true for professionals in organizations as it is for business owners. Our mindsets, perspectives, and points of view easily get clouded to the point of despair. By taking a step back to reevaluate, we reward ourselves with the chance to ask the important questions and get back to the original intent.

Amy Roosa, founder of The Safety Rack, is currently working on a campaign to raise awareness about the importance of closing the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) equity gap for women in various industries. As a passionate advocate for gender equality and workplace safety, we would like to invite you to participate in our campaign by sharing your insights and experiences on this crucial issue. We believe that your perspective could greatly contribute to our efforts to address this important aspect of occupational health and safety. We have prepared a set of questions that we would like you to consider and respond to. Your answers will be used to create engaging content for our social media channels, where we aim to amplify the voices of women advocates like yourself who are championing the cause of PPE equity. Please note that not all questions need to be answered, you are welcome to select the ones you want to answer.
