Education / Training
Technical challenges are those where a solution has been developed, is linear and logical, and just needs to be implemented.
NEF is solely supported by sponsorships and donations and its Ladder Club of Success offers individuals the opportunity to support NEF with one-time or reoccurring automatic donations. Your financial support educates others through various programs and construction industry education courses. Fundraising is also done by NEF Fundraising Liaisons at a Regional and Chapter level.

Industry Update
Thanks to funding from the historic CHIPS and Science Act, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, and the Inflation Reduction Act, construction jobs are in high demand. To fill these jobs, Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo continues to step up the momentum to recruit, train, hire, and retain thousands of women in construction and the trades.

The face of construction is changing. Today, more women are putting on a hard hat and tool belt and joining the construction industry.
