The Financial Services Representative works directly with individuals, business owners, and families to help them determine appropriate products and solutions to secure their financial futures. The Financial Services Representative spends time fact gathering and performing client needs analyses to arrive at client-centric financial solutions to help them meet their needs.

VICE PRESIDENT, STRATEGY

POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice President, Strategy reports to the SVP of Strategy, who in turn reports to the CEO of MassMutual. The strategy team is a consulting unit that supports the Enterprise with strategy development, implementation and M & A activity. Core deliverables over the course of a year include strategic updates to the CEO, the Board and senior management. The content of these updates varies from year to year and can span work within our Core Insurance, Retirement Services and Asset Management subsidiaries to distribution, technology and process improvement and inorganic growth related projects. The VP will have an MBA from a top tier graduate school; have consulting experience and will Demonstrate knowledge of the interdependencies of key business processes, functions and risks. He/she will manage projects using data and driving key financial indicators necessary to measure business performance. He/she will know the competition; is aware of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace; have experience identifying and anticipating customer requirements, expectations, and needs.
DIRECTOR, FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS

POSITION SUMMARY
The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis is a critical role within the Enterprise. The Director will report to the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis and will partner for development of Enterprise wide financial planning efforts including forecasting and production of the annual financial plan; capital management; ongoing management reporting and analytics; providing financial information and analytics for rating agencies, the Board of Directors and other constituencies; assisting in merger and acquisition analysis and execution; and delivering on expectation within the expense efficiency group. The Director will be involved in strategic execution, and interact with senior leadership across the Enterprise. The Director will have an MBA from a top tier graduate school and significant experience managing financials in a corporate setting.
INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT ANALYST

POSITION SUMMARY
The Analyst Investment Management is a new position on the senior portfolio management team reporting to the Deputy Chief Investment Officer of MassMutual. This position is responsible for data collection, ongoing manager research, due diligence and performance monitoring and reporting for the asset managers and their mandates on behalf of the General Investment Account. The Analyst will also be involved in new product development with a focus on emerging market products and alternatives. The Analyst will work closely with all of the GIA's asset managers, including Babson, Cornerstone, Oppenheimer and Barings, as well as identifying, recommending and contracting with new investment managers for select GIA mandates. The Director will have an MBA from a top tier graduate school and 2-4 years of work experience within a strong investment firm. CFA is desired.

Conduct moderate to complex assignments involving accounting with limited supervision. Requires a broad knowledge of accounting practices and procedures. Maintains ledger accounts and related activities for the production of financial statements and reports. Analyze and prepare financial statements and reports such as income and inventory statements, balance sheets, and statements of financial position. Interpret and disseminate accounting information to management.

This position generally focuses on more complex information technology audits and is able to work in a highly self-sufficient manner. Typically this position is involved in activities such as: the preparation of detailed programs for information technology audits, the review of complex information technology controls and related processes and procedures to determine efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with information technology policies and standards. Provides advice and consultation to other auditors regarding the review of information technology controls. May lead participation in projects related to the review and assessment of controls regarding the implementation of new technologies and business applications.
