The Project Management Shared Service leader is a strategic, entrepreneurial, solution oriented leader who will head the Project Management Shared Services organization to provide robust, scalable, best-in-class project management capabilities for our customers to enable consistent, standard solution delivery to heighten competitive advantage, enhance project management ability, drive efficiency, improve quality and retain and attract top talent. The individual will report directly to the VP of Solution Delivery Shared Services working closely in partnership with numerous business and IT functional leaders on program and project execution from an end-to-end perspective. The leader will also partner closely across the enterprise to ensure effective and efficient project management processes, tools and practices. Multiple program and project managers aligned to various portfolios will be accountable to the Project Management Shared Services Lead who will be accountable for managerial direction.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Analyst, Corporate Strategy will focus on projects and processes that support the key initiatives of the Corporate Strategy and Development division. He/she will proactively research, analyze and evaluate large quantities of market, product and industry data by leveraging in-house proprietary systems and other social media tools with the goal of making insightful recommendations as well as advising on the implications to the overall corporate strategy. Strategy and Corporate Development is a cross-functional team of high-performing professionals dedicated to guiding, supporting and facilitating the development of MassMutual’s long-term strategy. The team serves as a source of external, forward-looking perspectives that challenge, inspire and enable senior leaders to chart the company’s long-term direction. POSITION SUMMARY
The Retirement Services Sales Consultant supports Regional Sales Directors internally on retirement plans under $15M in assets. The individual will be responsible for driving sales activity though pipeline follow-up with key advisors, investment partners, and third party administrators. They will also be responsible for managing all Sales Engineering activities on behalf of the assigned local team, including determination of pricing solutions, proposal generation, ensuring the accuracy of sales reporting, and submitting of new business paperwork.

This is an excellent opportunity to influence and impact change. This position generally focuses on more complex audits, and is able to work in a highly self-sufficient manner. Typically this position is involved in activities such as: the preparation of detailed programs for audit; the review of complex financial or management systems and related processes and procedure to determine efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with accounting practices and standards, the review and evaluation of internal controls and their application in the financial or management operations. Provides
advice and consultation to other auditors regarding the review business area controls. This position may assist in the training or orientation of new auditors, identification of emerging risks and audit planning and other projects.

He/she will manage departmental structure, employee development training and planning.
