At UNC Kenan-Flagler, we’re committed to developing leaders who recognize that harnessing diverse thought, experiences and perspectives builds high-performing teams and organizations.
Join members of our community and other prospective Full-Time MBA students for Diversity Week and Inside Kenan-Flagler: Diversity Day. These back-to-back events are filled with dynamic programming and networking opportunities designed to give you a look into the ways we are building an inclusive community and supporting the success of students from historically underrepresented groups in the program and beyond.
Participants can attend any or all sessions held during the week.

During these events, you can:
- Participate in discussions about diversity in business, including “Allyship: Creating Space in Finance” and “Creating Inclusion in Tech.”
- Hear from Donovan Livingston (UNC ‘09), a passionate public speaker and educator known for his compelling 2016 “Lift Off” address, and Niki Shamdasani (UNC ‘15) and Ritika Shamdasani, co-founders of Sani, the first South Asian brand to partner with Rent the Runway.
- Network with organizational leaders, and UNC Kenan-Flagler alumni, who share our mission of advancing diversity in business.
- Get a firsthand look into our Full-Time MBA experience by participating in interactive mock classes.
- Engage with current students and get your questions answered during student-led breakout sessions and social events.
