When interviewing for a position, ask your prospective manager as many (relevant!) questions as you can.  In addition to obtaining details and information on the specific role, this demonstrates genuine interest and helps ensure your prospective manager is not only thinking about your arrival but is also preparing the existing staff and setting appropriate expectations for your hire.
