Senior Kronos Systems Administrator/HRIS Analyst
The Senior HRIS Analyst Kronos position is a senior-level position within the HRIS structure that provides business and technical direction and leadership, both inside and outside the HR organization, to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The individual will consult to clients on complex issues and projects, develop and implement strategies and plans to meet the clients' needs. He/she must be knowledgeable about all HR processes and technologies and will be the "go-to" person for resolving operational issues.

Contract Recruiter, Nursing/Ambulatory
This role provides employment and recruitment services for exempt and non-exempt positions in order to contribute to the goal of attracting and retaining the most qualified and productive employees to the Boston Medical Center. The individual will build partnerships with various levels of management with assigned departments to recruit the most qualified talent; develop and implements recruiting strategies from both a tactical and strategic perspective; and utilize Workday to perform recruitment functions.
