NEHRA's Diversity and Inclusion Community Forum is a way for Members to network on a regular basis, share best practices and provide thought leadership as we work to embed diversity and inclusion into our organization.

The NEHRA D&I Forum aims to take the leadership actions necessary to identify attitudes, behaviors, strategies and visions that create a productive work environment where personal and professional growth occurs for all people. Furthermore, it is our mission to provide learning opportunities that promote an inclusive environment designed to meet the ever-changing face of our nation’s greatest resource – its people.
