Those looking to

importance of his or her subordinates, teammates and colleagues.
A good
question to gauge readiness for more responsibility is: Who is equal or better than you at your current role? If that individual has been identified or is
already in place then you are in good shape! If not, make sure regular
time is being dedicated to identify those individuals and how they’ve gotten where they are. Think about who might do your job if you left your position and begin developing that individual.
