Utilizing Direct Pay to Claim Federal Tax Credits for Clean Energy Projects

Join Rachel McCleery, Senior Advisor in the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Inflation Reduction Act Program Office, to learn about how nonprofits can claim federal clean energy tax credits for the first time. Direct Pay (also known as Elective Pay) is available for tax-exempt entities thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022. In this session, you’ll learn about Direct Pay and understand what kind of projects you can use it for.

Attendees will benefit from direct guidance and opportunities to walk through the process to claim federal tax credits with a seasoned professional. Healthcare finance personnel are encouraged to attend alongside facility managers!

ASHE, the American Society for Health Care Engineering of the American Hospital Association, has granted this webinar 1.0 contact hour (1.0 CEC).
