We know that more association professionals want to implement new member onboarding programs, but need help determining which strategies are right for their association and which tactics will work best for their members. While some research has been done in this area, there is no definitive source of information on best practices for building a new member engagement program.
NE/SAE is proud to be working with two of the leaders in online research, Dynamic Benchmarking and Kaiser Insights, as they develop the first-of-its-kind New Member Engagement Study to prove how successful new member onboarding programs offer significant gains in member engagement and retention.

Several NE/SAE members are looking to put together an informal independent study group to help each other through preparing for the exam. If you're interested, please click here to let us know by Friday, September 1, 2017.
