The 2019 Compensation and Benefits Survey is Here!
NE/SAE's 2019 Compensation & Benefits Survey is a report on executive and staff salaries, personnel practices, and fringe benefits, categorized by budget classification and association type. This is the 16th in a series of surveys on association compensation and benefits practices.
This survey includes two reports, one with information from the 30 states that participated in the study, and one from the New England Society of Association Executive Members. Compensation is reported for positions in trade associations and professional societies in all budget sizes. The positions defined for the survey include the chief paid executive, the deputy chief paid executive, staff specialists, and clerical positions. The compensation breakdowns are by budget size, association type, and regional location.

This program is designed to provide both young and new association professionals the development and networking opportunities they need to advance their association careers and to have a positive impact on the associations they serve.
The 2019-2020 Emerging Leaders Program will consist of six sessions from September 2019 through May 2020, including a networking event, three sessions in conjunction with our annual conferences, and two virtual sessions.
