Insource is proud to be presenting on Unconscious Bias at NE/SAE's 2022 Annual Meeting. Unconscious biases influence our everyday interactions and perceptions. We all use our upbringing, experiences, and values to filter daily interactions and to make sense of our surroundings and environment. This is normal human behavior. At times, the filter is at work consciously, but the filter is also operating unconsciously. This is what we call unconscious bias.

Digital transformation seems to be the latest buzzword and it’s no wonder. The past year has forced many organizations to either accelerate their timelines for digitization or suddenly make it a priority if it wasn’t before. One item at the top of almost everyone’s to-do list: migrating in-person learning online. Yet the rush generated by the pandemic has often led to stop-gap solutions rather than broad, permanent transformations, as the name suggests.
