Sigh of Relief for emsCharts Users

On September 17, 2014, Golden Hour acquired emsCharts through a confidential, negotiated settlement. emsCharts will operate as a separate, wholly owned subsidiary of Golden Hour and will continue to be headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pa.

This transaction eliminates the need to enforce the permanent injunction against emsCharts, creating relief for the 300 New York based EMS agencies that believed emsCharts would cease operations in January 2015. More information can be found here.
