NYSAFC Annual Dues Notices

The New York State Association of Fire Chiefs will be issuing 2017-2018 dues renewal notices via email on October 31, 2017, to Individual, Department, and Sustaining Members.

Dues notices will be sent electronically to those members with an email address on file in the association database. Notices will be mailed to those members who do not have an email address on file.

Members can now pay their dues online via our membership portal at www.nysfirechiefs.com. Click on the "login" button (at the upper right), then click on "renew your dues" to make a payment. If you require an invoice, that is available through the membership portal. After logging in to your membership page, click on "renew my membership" (at the bottom left), follow the prompts, and select the "renew/bill me tab" to create an invoice. The invoice will be found on your membership page under "my invoice," where you can print it for your records or your department’s records.
