It's On! Join NYSAFC at the 115th Annual Conference & FIRE 2021 Expo in Syracuse

The NYSAFC 115th Annual Conference & FIRE 2021 Expo is just around the corner – July 14-17! Join NYSAFC as the largest fire industry, rescue, and EMS expo in the Northeast returns to Syracuse. Full event details are available on our website. Here are a few last minute reminders:

COVID-19 Policy Updated!
With the recent announcement that 70 percent of adult New Yorkers have been vaccinated and New York state has lifted most COVID-19 restrictions, we’ve updated our safety guidelines for FIRE 2021 guests. Get the most up-to-date information here.

New Exhibit Layout for 2021
More than 200 vendors (and counting) will be in Syracuse for FIRE 2021 and we’ve updated the exhibit layout! The Outdoor Exhibit Area will be located on Harrison Street, which will be closed to traffic between The Oncenter Conference Center and War Memorial Arena. Vendors will be in both buildings! Parking and Free Shuttle Service
With the new location for outdoor exhibits, both The Oncenter parking lot and garage will be open to FIRE 2021 guests ($5 per day). Parking will be available in seven nearby lots/garages. Plan ahead and view a map with addresses here. Or, if you’re staying in one of NYSAFC’s designated hotels, take advantage of the free shuttle that will run to/from The Oncenter. Attendee Registration
Free One Day Tickets for entry to the exhibits are available from our vendors! Pre-register by July 5 for Conference Full Term Registration and Hands-On Training. On-site, One Day Tickets and Conference Full Term Registration can be purchased at The Oncenter in the Conference Center at Gate 1/Main Entrance.

General Session Live Stream
Seating will be limited at the General Session on Thursday, July 15 and will be available on a first come, first served basis. Proceedings, including the Memorial Service, will be live streamed on the NYSAFC Facebook page.

Special Events on Friday
There’s still time to sign up for the NYSAFC FIRE 2021 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at the Carrier Dome on the campus of Syracuse University. And, be sure to meet up with old friends after show hours at the FIRE 2021 Block Party outside the Marriott Syracuse Downtown! Both events will be held on July 16.
