New York State EMS Memorial Scheduled
The 2024 New York State EMS Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, May 22, at the Empire State Plaza starting at 11:00 a.m. Sadly, eight fallen EMS providers will be added to the Memorial this year. A flyer with information about the ceremony is available here. Additional information can be found on the memorial webpage.
DOH Forms Processing Times
Have you ever wondered how long it will take to get your new EMT card? Or how long it takes to process CME paperwork for recertification? Well, now you can find out both normal processing times and current estimated processing times based on staffing and the number of forms pending. Go to this page, then click on "ALL FORMS," after which you will see a chart in the drop-down with every time interval you could imagine.
