Quality Improvement Page Enhanced
The Bureau of EMS has enhanced its Quality Improvement webpage to include resources developed by the SEMSCO Quality Improvement Committee, including a recently published "how to" manual, as well as a quick-start guide for EMS agencies. This is worth looking at, as regulations are currently being written that will require agencies to conduct quality activities from the list of SEMSCO-approved measures. No better way to get a jump on this!
