NYSAFC Expands and Revamps Hands-On Training!

NYSAFC is pleased to introduce an expanded and completely revamped Hands-On Training Program offered in conjunction with the 106th Annual Conference & FIRE 2012 Expo from June 13-16, 2012, in Verona, N.Y.
A total of 13 dynamic programs are available to choose from this year. All of NYSAFC’s programs are conducted by some of the most experienced and well-known fire service instructors in the nation. Some sessions include working scenarios in a live fire environment.
New programs introduced for 2012 include:
- "Haz-Mat ‘Are You Kidding Me’"
- "ICS (NIMS) ‘How It Really Works & Putting It To Use’"
- "Multifaceted Elevator Rescue"
- "Rapid Intervention Team Competition Battle Drills"
- "Water Supply Operations"

The former Truck Company Operations program has been completely overhauled, and is now being offered as a Truck Company Series, with separate eight-hour live fire programs available including "Ground Ladders," "Roof Operations," "Forcible Entry," and "Search & Retrieving Victims."
