The New York State Association of Fire Chiefs is pleased to announce that all Active, Active Life, Life, and Associate Members now have additional benefits that make your association membership even more valuable! The benefits are jointly sponsored with National Income Life Insurance Company, a company servicing working families for more than 60 years. These benefits include:

• $4,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefit, at no cost.

• Health Services Discount Card, which provides point-of-service discounts of 20-60 percent on vision care, dental care, prescriptions, and hearing care, at an annual fee of $6 for your entire household. 

• Child Safe Kits – This valuable tool can provide information to the authorities if your child or grandchild should ever go missing.

There are more no cost benefits available to you if you return the response card or respond online. Upon doing so, a National Income Life Representative will contact you to set up a convenient time to deliver your benefits and explain additional insurance coverage available.
