Centerport Fire Department Ex-Chief James Feeley Receives 50-Year Award

NYSAFC Past President Don Corkery, at left, presented a 50 years of service award to Ex-Chief James Feeley of the Centerport Fire Department. Feeley was recognized for his 50 years of dedicated service as a firefighter, EMT, commissioner, and two-time chief of the Centerport Fire Department. He also serves as a Suffolk County deputy fire coordinator for water rescue (FC-29).
Corkery noted, "You have served your community, township, and county well, and are a true inspiration to the fire service of this state."
