Kinsley to Build Tru by Hilton Hotel in Manassas, Virginia

Kinsley Construction, Inc., an AGC of Metropolitan Washington D.C. member, was awarded a contract by Holladay Properties to construct a new Tru by Hilton Hotel in the mixed-use development of The Landing at Cannon Branch in Manassas, Virginia.
Designed by K2M Design, the new four-story, 45,000-square-foot hotel will offer 98 rooms and:
- A 2,880-square-foot lobby for working, relaxing and eating
- A 24/7 market with single-serve beer and wine
- A game room with a large media wall
- A fitness center
A ceremony was held on July 9 to celebrate the project’s groundbreaking. Manassas officials say the hotel will be beneficial for the city's major employers, providing lodging for prospects and suppliers, and for tourists who prefer to stay in town. The hotel will be open to guests next summer.
