Sundt Construction Completes Carlton Plaza Senior Living Facility in Davis, California

Sundt Construction, Inc., a member of multiple AGC chapters, recently completed the new Carlton Plaza of Davis Senior Living facility in Davis, California, providing assisted living and memory care for the area’s growing senior population.
The 106,000-sq-ft senior living facility features a wing for memory care, large dining area, private dining, beauty salon, general store, billiard room, media room and more to create a beautiful and comfortable community. The steel-framed, three-story building has load-bearing metal studs, stucco and composition roofing.
Construction for the $17 million project, designed by LPAS Architeture + Design, began in late 2012 and is one of six Carlton projects Sundt has completed since 1996, with locations in Sacramento, San José, San Leandro and Elk Grove, California.
