Holt Brothers Construction Appoints New Head of Supplier Diversity

Holt Brothers Construction, a Carolinas AGC member, has announced Patrice Gilmore as its new vice president of supplier diversity & inclusion, leading a critical component of the company's long-term strategy for growth. In this role, Gilmore will lead and further promote the company's established efforts to maximize procurement opportunities with corporations and diverse businesses such as suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.

A respected industry veteran, Gilmore brings over 15 years of experience in supply chain management and procurement in the corporate real estate field.  She was formerly senior supplier diversity manager, Atlantic and California regions, at Lend Lease Inc. where she was responsible for the development and implementation of a diversity program aimed at providing assistance to Small, Minority and Women Business Enterprises (SMWBE) and growing the use of SMWBEs in the construction industry.

Born in Lexington, North Carolina, Gilmore graduated from North Carolina A&T State University where she majored in Construction Management.  She currently resides in the Raleigh-Durham area.

Holt Brothers Construction was founded in 2007 by Terrence and Torry Holt, both of whom were football stars at N.C. State and in the NFL.
