Campanelli Construction Completes Renovations on High Point Hospital in Massachusetts

Campanelli Construction, a full‐service construction management firm and an AGC of Massachusetts member, has completed a 63,000-sq-ft renovation of the formerly vacant Cranberry Specialty/St. Luke’s Hospital into a state‐of‐the‐art psychiatric hospital for High Point Treatment Center. It will be known as High Point Hospital.

Currently, High Point operates inpatient and outpatient programs in Plymouth, Brockton, New Bedford, and Taunton. The new location will allow High Point to expand from 16 psychiatric beds in Plymouth, Massachusetts to 72 beds. Jobs will be created for approximately 200 people, consisting of physicians, nurses, clinicians, maintenance staff, housekeepers, dietary, mental health, and administrative staff.

High Point provides treatment to individuals and families suffering from addiction, mental illness, domestic violence and homelessness. The facility in Middleborough will provide inpatient psychiatric treatment and outpatient services.

High Point Hospital will add jobs, offer life‐changing treatments, and become an active fixture of the community by providing mental health in‐patient as well as outpatient services.
