C1S Group Hires Human Resources Director

C1S Group, a TEXO member based in Dallas, has hired Connie Clark as director, human resources. Clark is responsible for establishing an HR Department for C1S and for managing internal recruiting and talent acquisition. Her human resources skills include compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR department start up, HR policies and procedures, HRIS technologies and recruiting and talent acquisition.

Clark received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. Her professional certifications include Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Dallas Human Resources (Dallas HR).
