Kinsley Recently Awarded New Condominiums at 300 8th Street NE

Community Three Development recently awarded Kinsley Construction, Inc., an AGC of Metropolitan D.C. member, the new multifamily complex at 300 8th Street NE, Washington DC. Replacing a former dialysis center at the corner of C and 8th streets, the project will demolish everything above ground and convert the existing basement into an underground parking structure.

The four-story plus penthouse, 43,000-sq-ft building will include:

40 high-end one-and two-bedroom condominiums
Two penthouse units with private terraces
A communal, green roof deck
18-space underground parking garage
14 bicycle storage spaces

Demolition of the project is currently underway.
