Andrea Woods Elected to Nabholz Board of Directors

On Dec. 1, 2012, the shareholders of Nabholz elected Andrea Woods, executive vice president and corporate counsel, to the Nabholz board of directors.

"I am very pleased with the election of Andrea to our board of directors," said Board Chairman Emeritus Charles Nabholz, who went on to add, "Her knowledge in legal and risk management affairs has been a tremendous value to Nabholz. In addition to her contributions to our company, Andrea contributes much of her time serving on civic and non-profit boards which greatly impact our community. Andrea is an excellent choice and will serve our Board well."

"I am honored and humbled to be selected to represent and serve our company as a member of its Board," said Woods, who provides legal and risk management services for all Nabholz companies and has practiced law for more than 16 years.

Nabholz Construction, an AGC Arkansas Chapter member, founded in 1949, has offices in Arkansas, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, and Oklahoma. Nabholz is licensed to serve clients in 42 states.
