Sundt Construction Hires Ron Stuff as General Counsel
Sundt Construction, Inc., a member of multiple AGC chapters, recently hired Ron Stuff as general counsel, replacing Sundt executive Randy Nye, who retired after serving 10 years with the general contractor.
Stuff will immediately assume the roles of chief legal officer and chief compliance officer. Additionally, he will serve on the Sundt executive team and the Sundt Companies' board of directors.
"Ron brings a great balance of working in-house, private practice and serving multiple clients from various industries," said Sundt President and Chief Executive Officer Dave Crawford. "His extensive educational background, diverse work experience and strong values, which match our reputation for integrity, make him an excellent fit for Sundt."
Prior to joining Sundt, Stuff spent 13 years as assistant general counsel for a prominent engineering, procurement and construction company in South Carolina. A Harvard Law School graduate, Stuff began practicing law 25 years ago after working for several years as a civil engineer. In addition to his law degree, he holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology where he currently serves on the external advisory board.
