Tocci Building Companies Hires Breton Flanders as Project Executive/Director of Construction
Tocci Building Companies (Tocci), a Boston-area construction manager, an AGC of Massachusetts member and recognized leader in virtual design and construction solutions, announced that Breton (Brett) Flanders has joined the team as Project Executive/Director of Construction. Boasting an extensive 25-year background in design and engineering on a variety of high-profile hospital, healthcare, and higher-education projects in the Boston area, Flanders will have an immediate impact while overseeing day-to-day construction, management, and administrative activities for assigned projects.
In his new role as Project Executive/Director of Construction, Flanders will also assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to achieve defined corporate goals. Utilizing his extensive Boston-based experience, Flanders will immediately begin overseeing tasks on Tocci’s program management project for Boston Medical Center’s Clinical Campus Redesign.
"Brett brings a diverse and valuable background in design, engineering, and construction, and will employ his efficient and effective building practices in his new role at Tocci," said Tocci Chief Enabling Officer, John Tocci. "Larger, more complex projects require skilled managers that understand the bigger picture, and also the intricacies of collaboration, timing, safety, and efficiency. Brett possesses this knowledge set and will oversee Tocci’s efforts to ensure successful program management and delivery. We are confident that he will uphold and enforce the standards that have made Tocci the recognized leader that it is today."
