Adelman was an active participant and is a lively and informative story-teller on how President Ronald Reagan ended the Cold War. As the U.S. Arms Control Director, Adelman accompanied President Reagan on his superpower summits and was at his side at Reykjavik. He was previously a U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations and Assistant to the U.S. Secretary of Defense.
