We are still more than 11 weeks away from the 2020 AGC Federal Contractors Conference taking place on June 8-10 in Washington, D.C.; therefore, we wanted to provide registrants an update based on the current situation and potential ramifications. As of today, the conference has not been cancelled or rescheduled. However, we are continuing to monitor the situation before making any decisions to reschedule or cancel.
In the event of a rescheduling or cancellation, AGC will offer registered attendees a refund or the opportunity to apply your registration fee to a future event.
We continue to monitor developments that might impact the conference, including potential travel restrictions and closings, information from our hotel partners, and guidance from U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Our primary focus is the health and safety of our conference participants. We greatly appreciate your support of the association.
