Scheduling Applications

Q. Can everyone drop me a  line with names of SCHEDULING SOFTWARE they may be using? 

I am looking for our next generation application that will manage People, Equipment, and Materials across divisions and regions. Would like to see Web services utilized, but thick client would be fine too.
