BIMFORUM is a two-day, multi-track conference for AECO professionals, focused on harnessing BIM and other innovative technology and processes to address current and emerging issues in the industry. The 2019 conference in St. Louis, September 16-19, 2019, will highlight case studies of how the building community is driving quantitative and qualitative outcomes through the development of model-centric workflows that address the entire design-build-operate continuum.

Black Partnering Excellence category) and AGC in the Community competitions recognize the nation’s most impressive construction projects ranging across the building, highway and transportation, utility infrastructure, and federal and heavy divisions; those contractors excelling in their partnering and collaborative endeavors; and the charitable contractors and chapters giving back to their communities. AGC of America is now accepting proposals for a limited number of speaking opportunities for educational breakout sessions at the 2020 AGC Annual Convention, March 9-12, 2020 at the Bellagio Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada.

At AGC’s Leadership in Construction Workshop, participants discover their personal leadership style and how to communicate and work with people who have different approaches. This is accomplished through various team activities and a series of personal assessments, including a 360 survey to identify how their manager, direct reports and peers interpret their performance. Participants leave with a detailed, practical action plan for implementing the new communication strategies.
