USA Today President Trump confirmed this week that the 25% steel and aluminum tariffs remain unchanged with no exemptions, and additional reciprocal duties will take effect on April 2. The move is intended to bolster domestic industry, although it has already led to retaliatory measures by Canada and the EU and increased market uncertainty.

Safety & Health Magazine A Harvard University survey in partnership with the de Beaumont Foundation found that 60% of workers with chronic conditions haven’t disclosed them to their employers, while 76% manage symptoms during work hours. Many face stigma and limited flexibility, with challenges ranging from inadequate paid leave to difficulty taking time off. Experts suggest that more open employer-employee conversations could help address these hidden challenges, improving employee retention and well-being.
