Many of you recognize that the best compliment a person can give is a referral. NOMMA wants you to share why you are a member NOMMA with industry peers and encourage them to join, and in return, you will receive 50 percent off your next year's membership dues when that company joins. We will make it easy by providing a sample template that you can edit and membership information you can send from your email. More details will be shared next month.

We’ve all had peers or mentors who have helped to sharpen our skills or expand our knowledge in our careers. If a fellow NOMMA member comes to mind who has done this for you, consider making a tax-deductible donation to NEF in their honor or memory. NEF will send that individual or their family acknowledgement of your gift. NEF provides support to NOMMA and its chapters for education programming for the ornamental and miscellaneous metals industry. To donate, visit https://www.nomma.org/donations/donate.asp?id=8888 and complete the online donation form. Make sure to add if the contribution is in honor or memory of an individual. Reach out to NEF staff at 888-516-8585 or nef@nomma.org with questions.

The monthly Roundtable discussion is going on a hiatus starting in August 2022. The NOMMA Board of Directors, Roundtable Facilitators, and a group of volunteers will work together to revamp and enhance the Roundtable program. The goal is to deliver a program that provides value and relevance to our members. We look forward to presenting a refreshed program in the future.
