Put a referenced based pricing plan to work for your small- to medium-sized business. The Core Value makes it easy for you to put a self-funded health benefit plan to work for your business. Core Value is a referenced based pricing plan that gives you the simplicity and savings you’re looking for. What this means is that the plan pays providers based on a multiple of the Medicare reimbursement rate (or other derived equivalent), regardless of the billed amount. Core Value’s rates are often lower than traditional self-funded plans, and that helps you to offer continued savings to your plan, and your members.
Outside of the level-funded plan that has been made available to most NPMA members, we are now able to offer this additional option with the Core Value Plan for those participants that are in the states of Alaska, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Montana, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, and Wyoming (work is being done to add to this listing on a continuous basis).
